Anoche, y por tercera vez, tuve oportunidad de ver la película The Greatest, protagonizada por Pierce Brosnan y Susan Sarandon. Magnífica la interpretación de todos, pero especialmente de los dos protagonistas...: Pierce y Susan. Hay dos escenas, especialmente, en la que se demuestra la expresión de lo que es el arte de actuar. Una: la familia viene de un acto luctuoso y la cámara fija, durante un buen rato en la expresión de Pierce. Le acompañan su mujer e hijo, pero es en él donde se centra. Su rostro expresa la inmensa angustia que siente, el desamparo, la soledad y el tremendo dolor que no puede expresar ni contar a nadie.
La otra: en el hospital, después de haber tenido un ataque de ansiedad y se rompe por fin dando rienda suelta al dolor que durante tanto tiempo lleva guardado dentro de si.
Excelente actor dramático, camaleónico, porque en cada interpretación es distinta de la anterior. Si tenéis oportunidad ved esta cinta magnífica y poco difundida. Pero...
